Jeff Wilkins
- Jeff Wilkins has served as Chairman of Entiera since May 2007, and was also a Director of Myrge Technologies from its inception until its merger with Entiera in March, 2007.
Dr. Wilkins most recently served as the President of RedSail Interactive, a premier provider of Internet lead generation services and a wholly-owned subsidiary of PRIMIS Marketing Group. Dr. Wilkins was the Chairman and CEO of MarketModels, a leading provider of data-centric marketing solutions acquired by PRIMIS in October, 2005. Prior to joining MarketModels, Dr. Wilkins was a Sr. Vice President at 24/7 Real Media (NASDAQ-listed until its acquisition by WPP in July 2007). He previously co-founded and served as President of Sift, Inc. an Internet direct marketing firm acquired by 24/7 Media in March, 1999. Prior to founding Sift, Dr. Wilkins served as President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of EyeSys Technologies, Inc. and also held various marketing and business development positions with Sun Microsystems, Inc.
Dr. Wilkins holds an M.B.A. and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. He holds four US Patents in data mining and electronic design.
Patrick O'Halloran
Chairman of the Board
- Patrick O'Halloran co-founded Entiera in January, 2005, and has served as CEO and a Director since inception.
Prior to founding Entiera, he was at Accenture for over twenty two years, including the last eleven as Partner. While at Accenture, he helped create the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) cross industry service line, currently a multi-billion dollar revenue stream for Accenture. He also created and ran the global Customer Insight business unit for eight years. Patrick worked in all major industries specializing in marketing solutions and helping companies become customer centric. He currently sits on the board of Datalink, a company that analyzes, designs, implements, and supports information storage infrastructures that store, protect, and provide continuous access to information.
He holds a B.S. in accounting from Arizona State University and an M.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota.
Brad Mitchell
- Brad Mitchell was appointed President, Data Division in October, 2008. He was previously Executive Vice President of Entiera, and has also served as a member of the Board of Directors since May, 2007.
Prior to Myrge Technologies, he served as President and GM of the PRIMIS MarketModels Division. Mr. Mitchell co-founded MarketModels, Inc. in 1999 and served as President and Director until its acquisition by PRIMIS Marketing Group in October, 2005. MarketModels developed web-based platforms, data products, analytic tools and prospecting systems for the direct marketing industry. MarketModels was the only company ever to make the top 10 fastest growing company in RI 5 years in a row, growing over 100% each year.
Mr. Mitchell also served as VP of Sales for iMarket, Inc., a developer of CD-ROM based marketing tools which was subsequently acquired by Dun & Bradstreet. He also held various sales and management positions at Xerox.
Ted Ansusinha

Ted co-founded Entiera in January, 2005. Ted served as President and COO and a Director from 2005 to 2010. In June 2010, Ted moved into the role of Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Ted is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the company.
Prior to Entiera, Ted was at Accenture for over 17 years, including the last five years as Partner. In his role at Accenture, Ted was responsible for leadership of the Customer Analytics and Marketing Automation practice areas. He helped to grow this practice from start-up to over $250 million in annual revenue in less than a five year timeframe. Ted also personally led highly successful engagements in implementing customer analytics and campaign management solutions for a number of clients across the banking, telecommunications, and retail industries. Outside of Entiera, Ted serves as Director of the Malcolm W. Robinson Foundation for "Future Leaders in the area of Behavioral Science".
Ted holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.B.A. in Quantitative Analysis, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
James Redding
- Mr. Redding is a nationally-recognized corporate and tax attorney and shareholder with Greenberg Traurig LLP. He was named to both the 2006 and 2007 editions of the "Best Lawyers in America". His practice focuses on business and tax law. He has significant corporate and business transactional experience, having served as advisor or counsel on mergers and acquisitions for over 20 years.
Mr. Redding served on the board of directors of MarketModels, Inc. from 2001 until its acquisition by PRIMIS Marketing Group in October, 2005. He also served on the board of Myrge Technologies, Inc. from February, 2005 until its merger with Entiera in March, 2007.
Mr. Redding holds a B.G.S. summa cum laude from Ohio University and a J.D. with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law.
