Campaign Manager

Marketing Interaction Designer (MID)

MID is designed to engage customers in a true one-to-one dialogue, with the timing and content of interactions specified at the individual customer level. External events received via a web service, such as a product registration or ecommerce transaction, can be used to trigger a personalized messaging stream in real-time. And, like Campaign Manager, MID can execute multi-step messaging to customers based upon time or responses to previous steps in the campaign.
