Patrick O'Halloran - Chief Executive Officer
Patrick is one of the founding partners of Entiera. As CEO, Patrick is responsible for Entiera's Sales and Marketing activities. Prior to founding the company, he was at Accenture for over twenty two years, including the last eleven as Partner. While at Accenture, he helped create the Accenture Customer Relationship Management (CRM) cross industry service line, currently generating four billion plus in revenue, and he created and ran the global Customer Insight business unit for eight years. Patrick worked in all major industries specializing in marketing solutions and helping companies become customer centric. He has a B.S. in accounting from Arizona State University and an M.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota.
Ted Ansusinha - President and Chief Operating Officer
Ted is one of the founders of Entiera. As President and Chief Operating Officer, Ted is responsible for Entiera's Research and Development, Client Services and Internal Operations departments. Ted is also responsible for creating and maintaining all strategic alliances for Entiera. Ted is based out of Entiera's Minneapolis office. Prior to Entiera, Ted was at Accenture for over 17 years, including the last five years as Partner. In his role at Accenture, Ted was responsible for leadership of the Customer Analytics and Marketing Automation practice areas. He helped to grow this practice from start-up to over $250 million in annual revenue in less than a five year timeframe. Ted also personally led highly successful engagements in implementing customer analytics and campaign management solutions for a number of clients across the banking, telecommunications, and retail industries. Outside of Entiera, Ted serves as Director of the Malcolm W. Robinson Foundation for "Future Leaders in the area of Behavioral Science". Ted has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.B.A. in Quantitative Analysis, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Brad Mitchell, Executive Vice President and Director
Mr Mitchell started his career with Xerox in 1978. After several years as a sales leader in the copier division he made the transition to product management in the new Xerox Systems Group. Brad lead the nation in the launch of the new Xerox desktop publishing systems. In 1985, he left Xerox to start his own business as one of the first Xerox dealers. In 1990 he joined the new Xerox Agent Program. After three years of managing one of top agencies in the country he began his data career.
In 1993, Brad became 12th employee of MarketPlace Information Technology which eventually chaged it's name to iMarket, Inc. As VP of Sales for iMarket, Inc, he traveled the country giving seminars on how to reach customers through database marketing. iMarket developed a unique CD-ROM tool that allowed clients to research the Dun & Bradstreet database to develop marketing campaigns and strategies. After the extensive seminar tour Brad became VP of the Major Accounts team. iMarket was the 27th fastest growing company in the US and was acquired by Dun & Bradstreet.
In 1999, Brad co-founded and became President of MarketModels, Inc. MarketModels developed web-based platforms, data products, analytic tools and prospecting systems for the direct marketing industry. MarketModels was the only company ever to make the top 10 fastest growing company in RI 5 years in a row, growing over 100% each year.
MarketModels was sold to PRIMIS, Inc in 2005. Brad became President and GM of the PRIMIS MarketModels Division. In 2006 he negotiated the data platform development business back from PRIMIS and returned to Myrge, Inc as CEO (a former MarketModels division that was spun-off before the PRIMIS acquisition)
Myrge, Inc merged with Entiera, Inc in March of 2007. Brad is currently EVP of Entiera, Inc and is a Board Member.
Jeff Wilkins, Chairman
Jeff Wilkins has served as Chairman of Entiera since May 2007, and was also a Director of Myrge Technologies from its inception until its merger with Entiera in March, 2007.
Dr. Wilkins most recently served as the President of RedSail Interactive, a premier provider of Internet lead generation services and a wholly-owned subsidiary of PRIMIS Marketing Group. Dr. Wilkins was the Chairman and CEO of MarketModels, a leading provider of data-centric marketing solutions acquired by PRIMIS in October, 2005. Prior to joining MarketModels, Dr. Wilkins was a Sr. Vice President at 24/7 Real Media (NASDAQ-listed until its acquisition by WPP in July 2007). He previously co-founded and served as President of Sift, Inc. an Internet direct marketing firm acquired by 24/7 Media in March, 1999. Prior to founding Sift, Dr. Wilkins served as President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of EyeSys Technologies, Inc. and also held various marketing and business development positions with Sun Microsystems, Inc. Dr. Wilkins holds an M.B.A. and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. He holds four US Patents in data mining and electronic design.
Clive Whitehouse - Head of European Operations
Clive is responsible for Entiera's operations in Europe and is also an important contributor to the design of the application. Prior to joining Entiera he was a partner at Accenture, where he worked for over 20 years. He is a specialist in marketing, customer analysis and campaign management; he founded Accenture's Customer Insight practice in the UK and led that team for six years, coordinating activity throughout Europe. Clive has led customer insight engagements in many industries, including banking, retail, mobile phone, utilities and performing arts. His work has covered, among other areas, the development and implementation of customer segmentations, customer strategies, marketing processes and campaign management systems, including the design of campaign management systems for two of the UK's largest banks. Clive has worked extensively in Europe, and was also based in the Far East for two years, where he led projects in customer and IT strategy development for banks in Japan, Korea and the Philippines. Outside Entiera, Clive also works with arts organizations on a voluntary basis, helping them to better understand, grow and diversify their audiences. He has an MA in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University.
Gilles Brisson - Chief Technology Officer
With over twenty years of international software development experience, Gilles brings a technical expertise whose depth and breadth place him in the forefront of his field. As the CTO of Entiera, Gilles is responsible for architecting and leading the implementation of a world class, on-demand solution. He also establishes all standards and procedures related to technology. Prior to joining the company, Gilles had a number of successful roles in the high technology industry. Gilles was CTO at Rave Software Solutions. He also led the technology efforts for several successful start-ups. Gilles played a significant leading role in architecting and delivering a pioneering solution for a very large Italian fashion retailer. As the President of Datagil Informatique, he drove the creation of the BOOKXPRT publishing management application - an industry standard for more than fifteen years. Gilles started his career as an officer in the Canadian Air Force, first as an Aerospace Engineer for a fighter squadron and then as a teacher in computer sciences at the Royal Military College. Gilles is currently based in Bangkok, Thailand, where he performs a dual role of CTO and Managing Director of the Entiera Development Center.
Kevin McShane - Senior Vice President Sales
As Senior Vice President Sales, Kevin is responsible for managing business development efforts and leading the organization's people, process and technology into new customer engagements. A Database Marketing veteran with a track record of helping clients move beyond the operational use of DBM. He has implemented practical and incremental road-map methodologies for clients across verticals and industries. This approach has helped his client's link business objectives with marketing initiatives and more effective marketing measurement across media mix, channels and customer segmentation.
Prior to joining Entiera, Kevin was Managing Vice President at Experian Marketing Services responsible for enterprise-wide DBM and CRM engagements across sales, on-boarding and account management. Additionally, Kevin was Senior Vice President at BeNOW. His client experience includes customer centric organizations such as; Four Seasons, XM Radio, Hewlett Packard, Bridgestone Firestone, Talbot's, Citi, Sprint, Wells Fargo and Best Buy. Kevin has an M.B.A from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
