AlumniDashboard

The Entiera AlumniDashboard is our flagship product and pulls together all of our products into a consolidated, comprehensive marketing and fundraising solution. Specifically, the AlumniDashboard provides a comprehensive set of database management, analytics, campaign management, and performance monitoring capabilities. The AlumniDashboard can be configured to provide everything from simple views of your data to sophisticated, multi-channel/multi-stage marketing capabilities. It is up to you on what functions and features you need at any point in time. The AlumniDashboard is based upon solution "tabs". Each tab offers specific, unique functionality. In totality, the tabs are based upon a best practice, closed loop marketing process model which guides the user from planning, creation, execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns.

Highlights of the core capabilities of the AlumniDashboard include:

360 degree view of Alumni, Donors and Organizations: your alumni, donors, friends and organizations are stored in a "360 degree marketing database. The 360 degree view refers to the unique design of the database where an individual/organization master is in the logical middle of the database and then all information about that individual or organization are provided in a spoke like fashion around the individual/organization master. The business impact is that you are provided with a true marketing and alumni centric database (versus transaction centric). This database design is ideal for analytics, reporting and campaign management.

Data Tab: is the "entry point" to the AlumniDashboard and is provided free of charge when the Entiera Secure ID is purchased. The data tab allows you to upload files, request job processing, perform address maintenance, and do simple count and extract reporting of your data.

Analyze Tab: provides everything from graphical dashboards to sophisticated predictive modeling based upon Entiera-KXEN modeling technology. The dashboards are highly configurable and display KPI based scorecards on key fundraising, donor, dollar, and channel metrics.

Plan Tab: allows for the budgeting and forecasting of overall marketing plans and the individual components/campaigns that make up the plan.

Create Tab: is the "workhorse" of the AlumniDashboard and is where marketing campaigns, offers, and creative are created and managed. The Create Tab provides sophisticated, yet easy-to-use campaign management capabilities:

Ability to create campaign lists in minutes using any data attribute in the Entiera database. No database query language knowledge is needed, queries are formed based upon an intuitive, point-and-click user interface.

Ability to create integrated, multi-channel campaigns. Email, telemarketing, direct mail and other channels can now be created to work in concert with each other as opposed to siloed, potentially conflicting channels.

Execute Tab: enables the launch to production of campaigns designed and built in the Create Tab. File formats are selected, notification to fulfillment channels given and actual physical list generation is accomplished in the Execute Tab.

Monitor Tab: closes the loop on the AlumniDashboard marketing process model. The Monitor Tab provides a response capture infrastructure where campaign responses are captured (or derived based upon business rules) and stored back to the AlumniDashboard database. These responses can then be monitored in the Monitor Tab performance monitoring dashboards as well as used for response modeling and "test and learn type marketing campaigns.
