SecureID

SecureID enhances enterprise-wide security by eliminating the need for Social Security numbers, while cleansing your entire alumni/donor database of bad and duplicate records. SecureID often pays for itself by lowering fundraising campaign costs associated with undeliverable/duplicate mail and old phone numbers.

What is SecureID?

Secure ID is a secure, perpetual identifier unrelated to SSN:

  • Eliminates the need for Social Security numbers in your alumni database. Once assigned, the SecureID is permanent for an individual, and tracks name changes, moves and other life events.
  • Eliminates the risk of identity theft. By removing the Social Security number and replacing it with SecureID, identity theft is virtually impossible. SecureID also complies with Federal and State data privacy laws.
  • Improves data quality. SecureID assignment is made using the most up-to-date and comprehensive reference database available. The SecureID process identifies inaccurate and duplicate records in your database, and helps find unknown addresses and telephone numbers.
  • Increases ROI. Conveniently access your records through the AlumniDashboard platform, which can provide everything from simple count/extract/report capabilities to sophisticated marketing analytics and "best practices" multi-channel, multi-stage campaign management.
How It Works

SecureID is easy to implement and use. Simply submit a file of alumni and donors using the DATA Tab of Entiera's secure web-accessible AlumniDashboard. We'll assign a secure and perpetual ID to your records. The appended records can be downloaded through the same dashboard, with duplicate and bad records noted. AlumniDashboard also supports counts and cross-tab reports’Äîsimple and intuitive to run, no need for IT. And any additional data lements purchaseda la carte or through the premium package can also be used in counts or reports.
